Values Ambassadors of Sopharma

Every day at work, we witness actions and attitudes that inspire us – colleagues who put heart, responsibility, and care into what they do, and who lead by example, creating a culture of trust and collaboration. These efforts deserve to be seen, celebrated, and shared.
That’s why, in 2023, we launched the Values Ambassador program – an initiative that gives Sopharma employees the chance to nominate colleagues who truly embody our five core values:

Care

Teamwork

Accountability

Continuous improvement

Integrity

Last year marked the second edition of the program, in which we proudly recognized our 2024 Values Ambassadors – individuals chosen not by management, but by their peers.
Who are they? What makes them stand out? What stories lie behind their nominations?
Meet the people who bring our values to life!

„For me, being a team player means maintaining your integrity among other unique and different people, all striving in the same direction. It’s important to listen, share ideas, and be heard. Ultimately, it’s about sharing a success that isn’t just yours but belongs to everyone”.

“Being able to take responsibility is a key quality everyone should strive to develop. Standing behind your words and actions – that’s where the true value of responsibility lies“.

“Everyone makes mistakes, but they help us learn and grow. For me, admitting a mistake is a sign of strength, but only if you take full responsibility and act to correct it”.

“A healthy work environment is built on trust, and trust comes from openness, responsibility, mutual respect, and a willingness to help when needed. And of course, a smile always helps make the day better”.

“To me, continuous improvement means taking full responsibility for my development-professionally, personally, and ethically. It’s not just a phase; it’s a mindset and my credo: to stay engaged, remain curious, and keep practicing”.

“To be a team player means giving your all. It’s about making sure your part of the job supports the person after you – helps them, builds on their work. That’s how we reach our goals. And communication… communication is everything”.

“It’s important not to view mistakes as failure, but as an opportunity to learn and evolve. When I face a challenge, I ask myself: ‘What can I learn from this?’, instead of blaming myself or others”.

“Setting a good example means offering support when someone hesitates – and stepping back when someone else deserves the spotlight. I believe team culture isn’t created through orders. It’s built through the everyday actions of each one of us”.

To me, being accountable means doing what you say. First and foremost. Second – looking for solutions, not excuses. And third – building trust and integrity within the team”.
