“The year 2024 has been especially inspiring and meaningful for me”, Eteri shares. “To be named an ambassador for one of our core corporate values at this point, after so many years of work, felt like a deeply personal and emotional recognition”.
Behind Eteri’s many accomplishments stands a deeply motivated professional who believes in the value of what she does.
„To me, continuous improvement means taking full responsibility for my development-professionally, personally, and ethically. It’s not just a phase; it’s a mindset and my credo: to stay engaged, remain curious, and keep practicing. It means working on what I already know and being honest about what I still need to learn. I actively seek feedback, explore new perspectives, and remain open to knowledge – even when it challenges my assumptions”, she explains.
From a childhood dream to a real-life purpose
As a child, Eteri dreamed of becoming a doctor. Today, even if she doesn’t practice medicine, she believes her life path remains deeply connected to caring for people.
“Since early childhood, I dreamed of becoming a medical doctor – to help people solve their health problems, to ease their pain and suffering. It is very interesting that I am not a practicing doctor today, but my daily work and global responsibilities are fully dedicated to caring for people’s health. Thanks to Sopharma, I am part of many people’s lives. That is priceless”, Eteri says with heartfelt emotion.
Real professionalism embraces mistakes
For Eteri, vulnerability is not a threat, but rather an opportunity for growth.
“I believe mistakes are a vital part of learning. They reveal where our thinking needs improvement and help us fine-tune our approach. Admitting a mistake is not a failure – it’s a valuable tool for growth and adaptation”, Eteri affirms.

When asked what small act of care has touched her most recently, Eteri doesn’t hesitate – it was the moment she was awarded as a values ambassador.
“Caring is one of the main values of our company and a part of our team’s daily life, but I was very touched when my team nominated me for the ambassador role. It was not only a sign of care and respect, but also a greater responsibility for me – to care for them and to support their professional growth and personal well-being”.
