Milena Nazurova is the Manager of Contract Manufacturing and Licensed Products at Sopharma. Since the end of 2024, she’s also been recognized as an Ambassador for the company value Care – a role that fits her naturally. Colleagues describe her as responsible, responsive, and dedicated, always supporting both her team and Sopharma’s partners with thoughtfulness and depth.
“What I love most about my job is the chance to work on new projects and contribute to the development of new products”, Milena shares.
Her work involves launching new products on the market as well as managing customer product transfers into Sopharma’s manufacturing operations. Though the process can be challenging, perhaps even because of that, there’s a deep sense of satisfaction when everything comes together successfully.
In such projects, which require collaboration and engagement from many departments, the value of teamwork becomes clear. It’s in these moments that a strong work environment, where people know they can rely on each other, truly shows its strength.
“A healthy work environment is built on trust, and trust comes from openness, responsibility, mutual respect, and a willingness to help when needed. And of course”, she adds, “a smile always helps make the day better. I’m grateful to work with so many responsible and dedicated colleagues”.

Milena believes in a simple but powerful principle she’s carried with her since childhood:
“Treat others the way you’d like to be treated”.
For her, this is the foundation of better communication – not just in personal relationships but also in professional settings. It all starts with being willing to see things from someone else’s perspective.
When asked how she handles challenges, Milena doesn’t talk about tactics or mantras. Instead, she points to two core ingredients that guide her every day: consistency and perseverance.
“It takes continuous effort every single day to complete a project, a process, or a task successfully”, she says with certainty.
What does it mean to set a good example?
According to Milena, a true role model is someone who demonstrates consistency in their behavior and attitude toward others.
“Through alignment between words and actions, through reliability, a sense of responsibility, honoring commitments, and being ready to help when needed”, she explains. She adds, with genuine respect, that she deeply admires people who manage to remain composed even in challenging situations.
